Is applying to North Yorkshire Council

For planning permission for: Outline Planning Application with all matters reserved except for means of access to but not within, the site for a mixed use development of up to 130residential dwellings, health centre, school parking and drop-off point and associated landscaping and infrastructure works

and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
