I give notice that on 13 November 2025 Cherwell District Council received an application for planning permission for “PARTIAL DISCHARGE of Condition 34 (Foul Drainage Strategy) of 14/02121/OUT for Phase 2B Part 1”, and that application was accompanied by an environmental statement.
The proposal constitutes “major” development.
Members of the public may inspect copies of:

• the environmental statement
• and other documents submitted with the application
at Cherwell District Council offices, 39 Castle Quay, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 5FD between the hours of 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday inclusive during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice.
Details of the application are available to view through the Council’s website via the Online Planning Service at https://planningregister.cherwell.gov.uk/. Please be advised that details of the application may be amended at any time before a final decision is made, therefore you are advised to monitor the application’s progress via the Online Planning Service where amended plans will be posted.
