SECTION 65, TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 ARTICLE 13, TOWN AND COUNTRY (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
Proposed development at: Land South of the Kennet and Avon Canal and North of Tesco, Everland Road, Hungerford. I GIVE NOTICE that an application is being made to West Berkshire Council by: Organisation Name: DPDS Consulting Group Applicant Name: Clere Homes Ltd. for planning permission to: Erection of residential development comprising 6 semidetached houses, 1 detached house, with associated access road, parking, and landscaping.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should do so in writing within 21 days of the date of service of this notice or within 14 days of the date of publication in the newspaper to the Head of Development and Planning, West Berkshire Council, Council Offices, Market Street, Newbury RG14 5LD. Definitions: * “Owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest in the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years. ** “Tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
