SECTION 123 (2A) LAND AT ADSWOOD PRIMARY SCHOOL, NESTON GROVE, ADSWOOD, STOCKPORT
Notice is hereby given under Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that The Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport intends to dispose of land at Adswood Primary School by way of a 125-year lease. The land consists or forms part of an area of open space, for the main purpose of school playing fields.
A plan showing the areas of intended disposal edged in red can be inspected at the Reception Desk at the Town Hall, Stockport, Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 08.30 am and 4.00pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: Mrs Vicki Bates, Assistant Director (Legal), Legal Department, The Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport, Town Hall, Stockport, SK1 3XE quoting reference JU/10687020 by no later than 24 December 2025.
