NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF OPEN SPACE
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Staffordshire Moorlands District Council intends to dispose of an area of public open space known as Horton Playing Field, located off Camrose Hill, Rudyard, Leek, Staffordshire.
The land comprises approximately 1.676 hectares, and is shown edged red on the plan. It forms part of the freehold land within Title Number SF584783, being land on the south side of 1 Heath House Lane, Horton, Leek (ST13 8RX).
The proposed disposal is a freehold transfer to Horton Parish Council.
Any objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the Estates Team: estates-sm@norsegroup.co.uk
Objections must be received no later than 14 days after the date of the second publication of this notice.
