  • FUL/2025/0171 – Proposed formation of a new external door opening to serve access to first floor accommodation, 43-45 Washington Street, Workington (Conservation Area)

  • FUL/2025/0172 – 33 new dwellings and associated infrastructure, Land at Kirkland Road, Wigton (Major)

  • LBC/2025/0030 – Listed building consent for dining room (retrospective consent). Existing fireplace in the dining room was replaced with a dual-fuel/multi-fuel burner stove. The installation included a stove unit, flue liner, register plate, hearth and mantle beam.

    Living Room (Proposed Works): Remove the existing open fire in the living room and install a new multi-fuel burner stove, including:

    • A 5-inch flue liner inserted into the existing chimney, with cowl and termination at chimney pot level

    • A non-combustible hearth (black natural stone) and solid oak mantle beam

    • A registration plate, CO alarm, chimney notice plate, and all standard components required for compliance with Building Regulations Part J

  • RMA/2025/0002 – Reserved matters for approved application OUT/2023/0019 for a sodium treatment facility (‘STF’) (Sui Generis), Port of Workington, Bulk Liquid Terminal 2, North Side, Workington (Major)

  • VAR/2025/0030 – Variation of conditions 2 (plans) and 8 (landscaping) on approved application VAR/2024/0028, Land at Yearl Rise, Seaton Road, Seaton, Workington (Major)

  • OUT/2025/0012 – Outline application with access for a new dwelling, Land adjacent to Glen Craig, Broughton Moor (Departure from the Development Plan)

  • RMA/2025/0003 – Reserved matters for approved application OUT/2022/0025 for a single dwelling, Old Saw Mill Yard, Blennerhasset, Aspatria, Wigton (Conservation Area)
