TONBRIDGE & MALLING BOROUGH COUNCILTOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACTS – NOTICES OF APPLICATIONS

The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.

25/01820/PA – 83 High Street Aylesford ME20 7AY – Ms L Hicks is applying for Listed Building Application: To remove tiles (approx 6,000) from South and East roof elevations, replace with new, clay, heritage tiles of close to existing colour. Repair, like for like, is proposed for stacks, pointing, pots, rainwater goods. Any spalled/damaged bricks will be turned if practicable or replaced with reclaimed of similar colour. The tiles are old and of peg design, and have degraded, cracked and pitted with many having lost the leading edge to time and frost. Reason: CA LB

25/01848/PA – Development Site at Brunswick Yard Pound Road East Peckham - Paynes Stores Limited are applying for Section 73 Application for the variation of condition 11 (Design of the proposed open river channel) of planning permission TM/21/00286/FL Demolition of existing buildings, including a dwelling house (34 Pound Road), and erection of a residential development comprising of 10 dwellings and associated works, parking and alterations to the access points to Pound Road (Renewal of planning permission TM/16/03380/FL) - To retain the culvert with safety upgrades such as trash screens and grilles. Reason: LB MD

25/01891/PA – Platt House Farm Land and Buildings Fairseat Lane Wrotham - A L Betts Ltd are applying for change of use and conversion of existing farm office to 1x dwelling. Reason: PROW

25/01904/PA – Land adjoining Ivers Basted Lane Crouch - FD Ivers Ltd are applying for Reserved Matters: details of scale, appearance and landscaping pursuant to outline planning permission TM/23/01408/OA (Outline application: with the matters of appearance, landscaping and scale reserved, for the subdivision of the plot and erection of a new detached dwelling with associated access) and discharge of planning conditions 5 (slab levels), 6 (trees), 7 (landscape and boundary), 9 (materials) and 10 (foul water disposal) pursuant to TM/23/01408/OA. Reason: PROW

25/01913/PA & 25/01915/PA - Three Post Boys High Street Wrotham TN15 7AA - Offset Architects are applying for retrospective application for partial demolition of an unsafe boundary wall and rebuild of boundary wall. Reason: CA LB HH

25/01914/PA – The Old School House Oxenhoath Road Hadlow TN11 9SS – Mr Dent is applying for formation of two dormers to the side elevation roof, to include one roof light and internal alterations. Reason: CA HH

25/01938/PA – Commuter Car Park Lord Lees Grove Blue Bell Hill Chatham - Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council are applying for erection of modular building comprising 12no. self-contained apartments, including associated landscaping, refuse/cycle store, parking and office. Reason: MD

HHHouseholder application - As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
