TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (ENGLAND AND WALES) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED)
Medway Council as Local Planning Authority has received the following applications which are being advertised to ascertain the views of persons living near the sites and other interested parties. The proposed developments relate to one or more of the following:
1. The site of the application is within/affecting the setting of a designated Conservation Area (Section 73) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;
2. The application relates to, or affects the setting of a Listed Building (Section 67) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;
3. The application is for a Major Development;

MC/25/2235 - All Saints Church, Stoke Road, Allhallows, Rochester
Reason 2
Installation of Solar PV panels to All Saints Church lower South side roof and associated internal equipment.
MC/25/2244 - 16 - 18 London Road, Strood, Rochester
Reason 2
Change of use of existing commercial building to create four flats, with renovation works including window, facade and internal alterations.
MC/25/2205 - 69 St Margarets Street, Rochester, Medway, ME1 3BJ
Reason 1
Construction of a dormer and gable roof to existing dwellinghouse, new orangery, and extension of existing garage roof with (associated internal alterations).
MC/25/2236 - All Saints Church, Stoke Road, Allhallows, Rochester
Reason 2
Listed building consent for the installation of Solar PV panels to All Saints Church lower South side roof and associated internal equipment.
MC/25/2280 - Wybournes Farm, Wybournes Lane, High Halstow, Rochester
Reason 2
Change of use of agricultural land to residential together with revised parking layout and increase of garden sizes.
MC/25/2256 - Flanders Farm, Ratcliffe Highway, Hoo St Werburgh, Rochester
Reason 3
The construction of a cold store building including associated engineering operations and landscaping.
