I give notice that Mercroft Estates Ltd & Propco (Uckfield) Ltd c/o QED Planning is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for redevelopment of the site comprising the construction of a 77-bedroom care home (use class C2) together with associated car and cycle parking and landscaping. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
