Dumfries and Galloway Council trading as Dumfries and Galloway Council, Transport and Operations, Cargen Tower, Garroch Business Park, Garroch Loaning, Dumfries, DG2 8PN is applying to change an existing licence as follows: To add an operating centre to keep 2 goods vehicles and 0 trailers at Dumfries and Galloway Council, 8 King Street, Dumfries, DG2 9AN. Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be effected, should make written representation to the Traffic Commissioner at Scottish Traffic Area, Hillcrest House, 386 Harehill Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice. Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice. (U749N GOLF AVENUE) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) ORDER 2025
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close U749n between No.28 and No.32 Golf Avenue, Dumfries from 0930 to 2100 on 09/12/25. The closure is necessary to facilitate defective ironwork repairs.
Alternative route available via Golf Avenue, Ellisland Drive, Terregles Street, Terregles Road, Glencairn Road, Armour Drive, Afton Drive, Golf Avenue and vice versa. Emergency access will be available if required. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

(U620N ASHFIELD DRIVE) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) ORDER 2025
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close U620n Ashfield Drive from junction of Lochfield Road to outside No.28 Ashfield Drive, Dumfries from 0800 on 09/12/25 to 1700 on 22/12/25. The closure is necessary to facilitate excavation works to provide new service. Alternative route available via Lochfield Road, Ashfield Drive and vice versa.
Emergency access will be available if required. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

(C125N CAIRNHALL – PENPONT – CADGERHALL) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) ORDER 2025
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close C125n at Connelbush, Sanquhar from 0800 on 08/12/25 to 1700 on 12/12/25. The closure is necessary to facilitate lead comm pipe renewal. Alternative route available via C125n, C128n, A76, C125n and vice versa.
Emergency access will be available if required. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
