What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
25/1104/FH - Royal Victoria Hospital, Radnor Park Avenue, Folkestone, CT19 5BN - Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 20/0532/FH to allow amendments to the dwelling designs and heights, together with minor adjustments to site levels.
25/1605/FH - LAND OPPOSITE CENTURY HOUSE, PARK FARM ROAD, FOLKESTONE (FORMER SILVER SPRINGS SITE) - Reserved matters application relating to access, appearance, layout, scale of hybrid planning application 22/1347/FH for the erection of 2 drive thru restaurants and details pursuant to conditions 22 (in part), 25, 26, 27 & 29.
25/2021/FH - THE DUKES HEAD, 9 DYMCHURCH ROAD, HYTHE, CT21 6JB - Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 20/1620/FH to amend the design and appearance (part retrospective).
25/2030/FH - The Dukes Head, 9 Dymchurch Road, Kent, Hythe, CT21 6JB - Listed Building Consent for internal insulation, alterations to floors and roof space.
25/2074/FH - POSTLING VILLAGE HALL, THE STREET, POSTLING, HYTHE, CT21 4EU - Installation of solar panels to side roof slopes.
25/2086/FH - THE DUKES HEAD, 9 DYMCHURCH ROAD, HYTHE, CT21 6JB - Listed Building Consent for alterations to the barn’s external fabric, (hidden box gutter, vents & brickwork restoration), particularly on the north and west elevations, refurbish existing wall vents with the addition of others.
25/2102/FH - 69 SANDGATE ROAD, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2AF - Retrospective application for the Installation of external flue on rear elevation.

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
