a) Display of two externally illuminated fascia signs, two non-illuminated vinyl window signs and two hanging signs (part retrospective) at Roos Village Store and Post Office 4-5 Main Street Roos HU12 0HB (Ref: 25/03232/PAD)

b) Erection of a single and two storey extension to side, entrance porch to front and single storey extension to rear, erection of 1.8m high fence to side and widening of vehicular access following demolition of part of existing garden wall and detached garage at 14 Tardrew Close Molescroft HU17 7QH (Ref: 25/03251/PLF)

c) Listed Building Consent for the change of use, alterations and extensions to disused Mill to form a dwelling including erection of a single storey extension following demolition of existing single storey structure, a link extension and associated alterations to existing building, Change of use of existing outbuilding to form an annexe, installation of windows following removal of existing door and garage door, Construction of gravel hardstanding, gravel paths, stone patio area and erection of 1.0m high timber boundary fence at Keyingham Disused Windmill Mill Road Keyingham (Ref: 25/02823/PLB)

d) Construction of a hip to gable extension and dormer window to the rear at The Magnolia 26 Davenport Avenue Hessle HU13 0RP (Ref: 25/03271/PLF)

e) Change of use, alterations and extensions to disused Mill to form a dwelling including erection of a single storey extension following demolition of existing single storey structure, a link extension and associated alterations to existing building, Change of use of existing outbuilding to form an annexe, installation of windows following removal of existing door and garage door, Construction of gravel hardstanding, gravel paths, stone patio area and erection of 1.0m high timber boundary fence at Keyingham Disused Windmill Mill Road Keyingham (Ref: 25/02822/PLF)

Proposals (a,d) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (c,e) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal (a) affects the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,b) affect a public right of way.
