NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council’s web site at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning
The proposed development would affect a Public Right of Way. The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
25/11026 ANNEXE, THE OLD RECTORY, EAST MARTIN ROAD, EAST MARTIN SP6 3LJ - Dormer window to roof of existing annexe

25/11025 TRITON HOUSE, QUEEN KATHERINE ROAD, LYMINGTON SO41 3RY - Single-storey rear extension and twostorey side extension
Anyone wishing to comment about any of these applications must submit comments online on the Council's website www.newforest.gov.uk/planning or e-mail them to planning@nfdc.gov.uk within three weeks of the date of publication of this notice. Alternatively, you can write to Planning, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA.
ALL comments received will be published on our website and copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. We do not accept comments unless you include your name and address. You should only include information that you are happy to be seen by the public and we will return comments that contain inappropriate or offensive material meaning that they will not be taken on board. We will try to ensure that personal telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures will not be viewable on the web. Comments received will be viewable on the web for up to one year after the decision on the application is made. We do not acknowledge comments received.
