Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
25/1253/HSE/HHO: Oak Villa, Wash Lane, South Mimms, Potters Bar, EN6 3QA. Retrospective application for the retention of front wall, gates, and railings. Reason: Public Right of Way.
25/1550/OUT/GO: Premier Inn, Swanland Road, South Mimms, Potters Bar, EN6 3NH. Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except for means of access) to include demolition of 179 bed hotel and construction of a new industrial and logistics building, Use Class B8 (storage and distribution) and associated electric vehicle charging points, parking and enhanced soft and hard landscaping. Reason: Major Development.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an EIA, Departure from the Local Plan or affecting a Public Right of Way.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
