(PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION) (SCOTLAND)
AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2021
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant: Fortis Homes Limited give notice of their intention to submit a planning application for:
“Proposed mixed use development including housing, leisure uses (class 9 & 11) Holiday accommodation, café, conversion of Gattonside House and Ancillary Buildings from Class 8 to Class 9” at Gattonside House, St Aiden’s Court, Gattonside.
A public exhibition will take place on Monday 08th December 2025 from 2:30pm–6:30pm at Gattonside Village Hall, Main Street, Gattonside

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so at the event or by writing / emailing to EMA Architects by Monday January 05th 2026.
Please note, comments on the proposal during this pre-application consultation are to the prospective applicant and not a formal representation to Scottish Borders Council. When a planning application is subsequently made, there will be an opportunity to make formal representations directly to Scottish Borders Council during the statutory notification period.
