Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.

MO/2025/02613, THE VILLA, JUNIPER HILL NURSERY OLD LONDON ROAD MICKLEHAM RH5 6DJ: Demolition of existing garage, car port and rear extension, erection of 2 No. single storey rear extensions including 1 No. balcony, dormer windows to north and south roof slopes, new parking bay with retaining wall and reduction in size of the driveway. Works to include removal and replacement of trees.

THE RECTORY STANE STREET OCKLEY RH5 5SY: Erection of a single storey rear extension, part two storey side extension and proposed front porch canopy. Installation of 2 No. rooflights to existing garage roof.

MO/2025/02626, PONDHEAD FARM HOUSE BENNETTS GROVE FOREST GREEN RH5 5PN: Erection of a single storey side and rear extension and installation of a lead hood over the north door of the farmhouse.

MO/2025/02637, 1 THE OLD CROWN HIGH STREET GREAT BOOKHAM KT23 4AA: Replacement of timber fence with black railings.

MO/2025/02638, NEO FISH RESTAURANT & CAFE 60 THE STREET CHARLWOOD RH6 0DF: Installation of a new extractor system, alterations to the shopfront to provide disabled access, provision of an enlarged outdoor seating area with associated landscaping, and provision of a cycle parking rack to the front forecourt alongside changes to fenestration to create a staff entrance to rear.
