What is planned?

The following applications have been made to Broxbourne Borough Council:
Garage extension and conversion of roof space into bedroom including 2No. front dormers and provision for stair-lift accessibility - Yew Tree Barn 11 Manor House Gardens Wormley Hertfordshire EN10 6GN - Conservation Area (07/25/0912/HF).
Redevelopment of Woodside Primary (Use Class F1(a)) including demolition of all existing buildings and the construction of a new primary school comprising of 3 separate single storey buildings connected by a canopy with associated access (including new emergency access from Little Pipers Close), parking, external play spaces and hard and soft landscaping together with the erection of a single storey temporary school for a period of 16 months to be located on playing field to the east of the existing school - Woodside Primary School Jones Road Goffs Oak Hertfordshire EN7 5JS - Major Development (07/25/0917/F).
Demolition of existing commercial buildings and erection of 27no. new dwellings consisting of 15no. detached/ semi-detached open market houses, 4no. semi-detached affordable houses and a two storey detached block of 8no. affordable flats, together with a new vehicle access, communal play area, footway extension and balancing pond - Rushdown Nursery Crouch Lane Goffs Oak Hertfordshire EN7 6TH - Major Development (07/25/0929/F).
Listed building consent for change of use of the existing detached listed building from an accountants office (Class E) to residential (Class C3) 1No 1 bed and 1No 2 bed flats, external alterations including removal of existing rear extension and creation of additional floorspace to rear, development of new two storey detached building adjacent to No 43 Turners Hill which will provide 2No 1 bed flats and associated works including hard/soft landscaping, residential amenity space, secure refuse and cycling storage (resubmission of 07/21/1486/LB) - Listed Building Consent (07/25/0930/LB).
