Proposal for residential development, public open space and associated landscaping, drainage and infrastructure works on Land to the North of Red Brow Lane and East of Bridgewater Canal, Daresbury, Cheshire.
An environmental statement accompanies the application.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. The proposed development to which the application relates is situated within 10metres of relevant railway land.
