Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

25F/3115 - Up & Running, 28 Bold Street (1) Applicant Mehmet Nezir Korkut. To install 1 no. door, window and canopy to rear with other minor external alterations. 

25F/2706 - 133a Picton Road (15) Applicant Abdanasser Alghrani. To use the upper floors as a 3-6 person House of Multiple Occupation (Use Class C4). 

25F/3128 - Unit 11 to 15, The Met Quarter, 43 Whitechapel (1) Applicant Paul Sargent. To continue to use the premises as an Educational Campus (Use Class F1). 

25F/2872 & 25L/3112 - Royal Liver Building, Georges Pier Head (3) Applicant Stuart Davis. Retrospective application for replacement/installation of CCTV Cameras. 

25L/3105 - Land at Princes Dock, Princes Dock Boundary Wall Opening, William Jessop Way (3). Applicant Chris Capes, Peel L&P Developments Limited. Planning application to vary condition 2 attached to planning reference 23L/0939 (To vary condition 2 attached to 21L/0970) so as to to amend the wording of condition 2. 

25DIS/3065 - 24 Nelson Street (1) Applicant 24-26 Nelson Street Ltd. To discharge condition 5 (roof works) attached to planning reference 24L/3332. 

25H/3042 - 20 Reynolds Way (25) Applicant Jo Frieze. To erect single storey rear extension and install 1 no. window to side following the demolition of the existing conservatory. 

25L/3084 - 1 Buckingham Avenue (17) Applicant David Cunningham. To undertake internal and external alterations including erection of single storey sunroom to side, dormer extension and 1 no. roof light to side, new external kitchen and rooftop terrace with associated conversion and partial demolition of existing garage. 

25H/2164 - 1 Buckingham Avenue (17) Applicant David Cunningham. To erect single storey sunroom to side, dormer extension and 1 no. roof light to side, new external kitchen and rooftop terrace with associated conversion and partial demolition of existing garage. 

25H/3091 & 25L/3092 - 14 Falkner Square (8) Applicant Adam Brooks, Onward Homes. To replace existing roof covering with like for like materials. 

25H/3081 - 4 Hope Place (1) Applicant Mr. Nand. To replace garage door. 

25H/2882 - 51 Arundel Avenue (17) Applicant A&I Property Ltd. To erect new roof structure, incorporating rear dormer and 1 no. rooflight, to carry out internal and external alterations including windows and door at front and rear. 

25F/3082 & 25L/3086 - 16 Falkner Square (8) Applicant Adam Brooks, Onward Homes. To replace existing roof covering with like for like materials. 

25F/3093 & 25L/3094 - 28 Falkner Square (8) Applicant Adam Brooks, Onward Homes Ltd. To carry out recovering of existing roof and replacement of roof windows. 

25F/2977 - 1 Union Court (2) Applicant Legacie Liverpool 1 Limited. To carry out external alterations to the building, including new vents at roof level; removal of an existing metal platform and air conditioning unit on the eastern elevation, provide 2 new Automatic Opening Vents (AOV’s) on the rooftop; removal of 2 no. windows on the east and west elevation of the roof top level and block up with brickwork; new hand rail at roof top level. Install new windows at east and west elevations; carry out removal of plant equipment at roof level. New fire doors at ground floor level and provide four opaque glazing panels at each level on eastern elevation and single one at western elevation.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 18th December 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building,Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. 

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be seen by members of the public, including the applicant.
