Affects a Conservation Area: NYM/2025/0576, The Homestead Goathland Ltd, Prudom House, Goathland, removal of existing shed in car park and siting in garden for use as events hut for guests; NYM/2025/0719, Mr Alan Nagle, 8 Dreaken Fold, West Ayton, installation of replacement uPVC windows and doors together with removal of conservatory to the rear.
