NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 30 (I) (c) OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017

NOTICE OF DECISION ON APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Full application for remediation of contaminated land for future re-development, demolition of existing structures and realignment of Cavendish Dock Road (Phase 3 Works) (Application includes Environmental Statement) at Barrow Waterfront Phase 3, Ramsden Dock Road, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, LA14 2LA (Application B06/2024/0554).

On 05.11.2025 Westmorland and Furness Council granted conditional approval of application B06/2024/0554 following consideration of information contained within the accompanying Environmental Statement.
