NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at Great Hockham – Brookside Farm

Ref: PL/2025/1360/FMAJ

I give notice that Amber REI Limited is applying to the Breckland Council for planning permission for Replacement of 10 agricultural buildings, grain silos and associated works (retrospective) and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.

Members of the public may inspect copies of

• the application

• the plans

• the environmental statement

• and other documents submitted with the application at

  Breckland Council Offices, Elizabeth House, Dereham during all reasonable hours until 24th December 2025.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from Acorus Rural Property Services Ltd, Old Market Office, 10 Risbygate Street, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 3AA, so long as stocks last, at a charge of £75 (hard copy) & £15 (electronic copy on CD).
