1. Affects setting of listed building. Replacement & relocation of static caravan and relocation of touring caravan. Erection of day room, additional stable-style building, shed, fencing, gates and piers. Installation of external lights and cesspool – all in connection with the mixed business & residential use of the land. 2. Affects setting of listed building. Change of use of existing residential dwelling and B&B accommodation to a single holiday-let comprising 11 x bedrooms Saltcote Place Saltcote Lane, Playden, Rye. RR/2025/1856/FULL
3. Bexhill Town Centre Conservation Area. Removal of condition 3 imposed on planning permission RR/2016/2139/P. 13 Egerton Road, Bexhill. RR/2025/1771/RVC.
4. Affects setting of listed building. Proposed blocking up of existing vehicular access and creation of new access, driveway and garage/workshop building. Installation of new front door, alterations and rear extension to improve layout of dwelling. Wheel House, Cottage Lane, Westfield. RR/2025/1937/HOU.
5. Proposed replacement of existing uPVC windows with timber windows and replacement of felt flat roofs with lead sheet on the dormer windows. Little Acre, Brays Hill, Ashburnham. RR/2025/1796/LBC
6. Removal of several outbuildings (some dangerous structures); Extension and relaying of rear existing terrace; Provision of some new boundary fencing; Minor alterations to retained outbuilding. Mill Farm House, Mill Road, Winchelsea. RR/2025/1824/HOU and RR/2025/1825/LBC
7. Affects setting of listed building. Removal/variation of conditions imposed on planning permission RR/2020/1613/P to allow for a permanent change of use of the land for the stationing of one static mobile home & one touring caravan, and proposed erection of one day room, all for Gypsy/Traveller occupation. The Oaks Stables, King Wood Hill, Brede. RR/2025/1848/RVC

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 5 and 6 above.
