“Development of a Sui Generis Hotel Use encompassing short and extended stay hotel accommodation, student accommodation, co-working facilities, meeting and events space, communal kitchen and clubhouse, gym, restaurant and café, and rooftop bar.”
A first public consultation event will be held at Printmakers, Castle Mills, 1 Dundee Street, Edinburgh, EH3 9FP on Monday 8th December 2025 between 3pm - 7pm where you can view the proposals, and the development team will be available to answer any questions. Comments can be made to the Applicant at the public event, through the website or submitted via the above contact details. Comments are invited until 9th January 2026. Further public consultation will be held and advertised in accordance with The Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.

Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the Planning Authority.
