NOTICE OF SUBSEQUENT APPLICATION
Please note that Castle Green Homes are applying to Halton Borough Council as follows;
25/00472/REMEIA
Application for the approval of reserved matters (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) for 111 dwellings including 30no. affordable homes with associated road infrastructure and landscaping pursuant to outline permission 20/00337/OUTEIA Land at Daresbury Park Warrington WA4 4BB

The planning application is a “subsequent application” for the purposes of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017.
