I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:

37 Queens Road Whitley Bay – APPLICATION NO: 25/01477/FULH
Mr Phil Bawden is applying for planning permission for Demolition of existing rear and side extension and bay doorway to rear elevation. Erection of single storey rear and side extension within same footprint. Associated internal alterations and landscaping works.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

Steven Smallwood is applying for planning permission for Variation of conditions 4 and 8 of planning approval 10/00022/FUL. To extend the permitted internal opening hours to allow the premises to operate from 07:00, Monday to Sunday, while retaining the existing restrictions for external seating areas.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
Land At Salters Lane Longbenton –  APPLICATION NO: 25/01140/FULM
Metalcraft Projects Limited is applying for planning permission for Erection of 4 No. industrial starter units (Use Classes Egii; Egiii; B2; B8); 2 No. Class E drive thru units; 1 No. Class E unit; EV charging hub and self-service car wash with access; car and cycle parking; servicing; hard and soft landscaping and associated works.

The application is being advertised as it involves major development & it does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area to which the land to which the application relates is situated.
The submitted plans and associated documents are available to view on the Council’s Planning website at www.northtyneside.gov.uk. If you wish to make representations about the application you should do so in writing within 21 days (excluding bank holidays) of the publication of this notice to the Planning Service at the address shown at the end of this notice.
