APPLICATION(S) FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
2025/0836/FUL Siting of a site management unit (caravan) for a temporary period and a programme of site remediation at Former Ormskirk Waste Water Treatment Works , Blackacre Lane, Ormskirk.
The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part III of the Wildlife and Countryside Acts 1981 applies.
2025/0847/FUL Change of Use of existing barn to dog daycare centre. Creation of new openings for proposed use at A. W. Baxter Produce Ltd., Old Hollow Farm, Old Hollow Lane, Banks. The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part III of the Wildlife and Countryside Acts 1981 applies.
2025/0938/FUL Installation of gated access and driveway alterations at 24 New Road. The application affects a Conservation Area.
2025/0978/FUL Demolition of outbuildings and the construction of four dwellings with shared access at Sandhole Farm, 7 Wrightington Bar, Wood Lane, Wrightington.
