Notice is given that the following planning applications have been made.

Application reference: PL/2025/0002131/LBC Site address: The Charterhouse, London Road Proposed development: Amendments to pentice wall Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building.

Application reference: PL/2025/0002214/LBC Site address: Tudor House, 14 - 15 Spon Street

Proposed development: Part demolition of the existing rear wall, due to water ingress and subsequent structural concerns, and rebuild the wall using reclaimed or matching materials to follow the existing form Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building.
