Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
25/0153/FUL/LP: Land West Of Hilfield Lane, Aldenham. Proposed development of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) including ancillary works and access arrangements. Reason: Major Development, Green Belt, Public Right Of Way, Departure and Affects the setting of a Listed Building.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning , at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments must be made online within 21 days from the publication of this notice direct to The Planning Inspectorate, quoting the appeal reference number APP/N1920/W/25/3368845 at https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
