What is planned?
BURTON LATIMER TOWN COUNCIL
In accordance with s123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 gives notice of the
intention to dispose of a small piece of freehold land designated as ‘Open Space’ under the Open Spaces Act 1906 and which forms a part of the private garden of 24 Wold Road, Burton Latimer.
Any person wishing to object to the sale should notify the undersigned within 14 days
after the second publication of this notice, being 18/12/2025
A plan showing the land proposed for disposal may be inspected at the Harold Mason Centre, 120 High St., Burton Latimer NN15 5RH.
