Proposed development at: Peterborough Greyhound Stadium, First Drove, Fengate, Peterborough, PE1 5BJ.
Take notice that application is being made by: Peterborough Sports Stadium Limited
For planning permission to: The redevelopment of the site seeking full planning permission for a total of 17 No. commercial unites comprising 6 No. commercial units (total GIA 714sqm) (Use Classes E(a) E(g)ii and E(g)iii, and 6No commercial units (total GIA 1622sq.m) (Use Classes B2, B8, E(g)ii, E(g)iii, and 5No commercial units (total GIA 12442sqm) (Use Classes B2 and B8) with car parking and associated works.
