Borehamwood (Green Street & Cowley Hill) – Commons Land Works Application
What is planned?
GREEN STREET AND COWLEY HILL COMMON
Hill Group Ltd has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Green Street and Cowley Hill Common. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State.
The proposed works are the upgrading of two formal entrances via a minor works application and the installation of a new foul sewer which will connect into an existing manhole in the highway.
The works will be located on Green Street and are required to comply with planning permission 24/0451/FUL and permission 24/0446/FUL.
A copy of the application form and accompanying documents can be inspected at Borehamwood library during normal opening hours until 18th December 2025. A copy of the application form and accompanying documents may be obtained by writing from Hill Group Ltd., at the address given below.
