The following applications have been submitted to the Council:

2025/3358 LONG STRATTON, Putty Reeves, The Street, NR15 2XJ – Replacement Front Door & Frame set and 1x Window

Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage

2025/2823 BERGH APTON, Hillside Farm, Welbeck Road, NR15 1AU – Installation of static residential home on existing concrete hard standing adjacent to the main dwelling. To be used as self-contained living accommodation for family, connected to and sharing services with the main dwelling

Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage

2025/3459 NEEDHAM, Land North Of 132, High Road – Certificate of lawful development in accordance with condition 1 of existing application 2022/1195 (Erection of single dwelling with integrated double garage (resubmission of 2021/2080) dated 26/10/2022

Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage

2025/3364 ALPINGTON, Land Adjacent to Wheel of Fortune Public House, Wheel Road – Erection of 12 residential units, oneself Build site (Class C3) and a new car park and land for the pub (Class Sui Generis) with associated landscaping and highways works.

Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan, Major development

2025/3451 HEDENHAM, Hollyhock House, Norwich Road, NR35 2LB – Variation of condition 9 to reduce site levels following a request from the neighbour of permission 2022/1306 (which consented to Erection of detached dwelling and garage)

Date of Decision 10/02/2023

Reason(s): Does not accord with the development plan, Affects a Conservation Area

All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk
