PLANNING (LISTED BUILDING AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that North Norfolk District Council is dealing with the following applications:
CROMER PF/25/2345 Erection of summerhouse; 30 Norwich Road, Cromer, Norfolk, NR27 0AY for Mrs Sharon Edgar;
Reasons: c
CROMER PF/25/2008 Proposed rear extension to dwelling, insertion of windows and roof lights, conversion of garage to annexe with side extension, removal of arched entrance to allow for increase of width for vehicles.; 21 The Loke, Cromer, Norfolk, NR27 9BY for Jan Gough;
Reasons: c
HEMPSTEAD PF/25/2432 Replace windows, extend rear dormer, remove chimney. Erection of detached outbuilding for use as annexe to dwelling; Rose Cottage, The Street, Hempstead, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 6AH for Z Cranfield;
Reasons: c
HOLT PF/25/2476 Installation of window in front elevation; The Barn, 6 Valley Lane, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 6SF for Mr J Wells;
Reasons: c
SALTHOUSE PF/25/2406 Erection of boundary wall and gates, replacement of roof covering on Barn 6 and erection of summer house; Bard Swallows, Purdy Street, Salthouse, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 7XA for Ms Ruth Alsop;
Reasons: c
WEYBOURNE PF/25/2408 Erection of two-storey rear extension and single storey front extension, installation of fence to rear of property, addition of lime mortar repointing to gable wall, and replacement of gable window; Forge Cottage, The Street, Weybourne, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 7SZ for Trevor and Ruth Bailey;
Reasons: c
The reasons for the advertisement are:
(a) is a major development
(b) is contrary to the provisions of the Development Plan
(c) affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area
(d) affects the setting of a Conservation Area
(e) affects a Listed Building
(f) affects the setting of a Listed Building
(g) affects a Right of Way
(h) accompanied by an Environmental Statement
(i) affects a public right of way
(j) affect setting of Ancient Monument
(k) In the Public Interest.
The applications and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer, NR27 9EN.
Any representations should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice. If the application is for householder development and permission is refused, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with on the basis of representations in writing.
