b) WL/2025/01141: Caistor: Mr& Mrs Dobs: Hedgerows, Canada Lane: single & first floor extensions to rear, porch to front & attached multi car garage. (affects right of way)
c) WL/2025/01140: Middle Rasen: R Archer: Land at Caistor Road: reserved matter to erect 50 dwelling with garaging & infrastructure considering appearance, landscaping, layout & scale following 135013(major app)(affects right of way)
d) WL/2025/01149: Rothwell: Mr J Cleve: Land adj to North End Farm Buildings, Beckside: vary condition 7 of 145515 – windows & doors.
