under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (b,e) affect the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (d,e) affect a public right of way.
Proposal (c) is a major development.
