25/40892/FUL-Shropshire Inn Newport Road Haughton- Erection of new bungalow and detached double garage on former pub car park.

25/40959/OUT-Land Off Eccleshall Road Stone Staffordshire-The erection of 240 residential dwellings, with associated infrastructure works, including access (vehicular, pedestrian and cycle), drainage, public open space and landscape.

The proposed development(s) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in forcein the area in which the land to which the applications relate are situated

Notice is given that the following application in the opinion of Stafford Borough Council, would affect Conservation Areas and/or Listed Buildings.

25/41359/FUL-Former Maltings 2 Crown Street Stone - Proposed urgent structural works to Dangerous Structure

25/00180/DANSTR comprising partial demolition/renewal to stabilise west flank wall, with associated repairs and alterations (in conjunction with 25/41360/LBC).

25/40776/FUL-11A Newport Road Stafford Staffordshire - Addition of a self-service car wash and associated apparatus (Sui Generis) on the site of a former car dealership (Sui Generis).

25/41359/FUL-Former Maltings 2 Crown Street Stone - Proposed urgent structural works to Dangerous Structure 25/00180/DANSTR comprising partial demolition/renewal to stabilise west flank wall, with associated repairs and alterations (in conjunction with 25/41360/LBC).

The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 (public rights of way) applies.

Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 17 December 2025.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 17 December 2025. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
