What is planned?

Northumberland County Council has received and is required to publicise the following planning applications for the reasons stated below:

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015. Reason: APROW affecting a public right of way - Article 15(2),
Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990. Reason: LBC Listed Building Consent - Regulation 3, ALB affecting the setting of a listed building – Regulation 5A, ACA affecting the character or appearance of a Conservation Area - Regulation 5A.

25/03978/FUL, Mr McLen, Conversion of existing Church to create 1 no. dwelling with associated parking, detached storage building and sewage treatment plant, United Reform Church Kielder, ALB

25/03979/LBC, Mr McLen, Listed Building Consent for conversion of existing Church to create 1 no. dwelling with associated parking, detached storage building and sewage treatment plant, United Reform Church Kielder, LBC

25/04062/FUL, Mr David McEwan, The works proposed are limited to the vestry roof and surrounding walls where new flashings are to be installed. A damaged cast iron hopper and downpipe will be replaced to match the existing in appearance, profile, and colour, to accommodate the new roof height, St Andrew’s Church Market Place Corbridge NE45 5AW, ACA, ALB
