What is planned?
The following applications have been received:-
AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY- P1370/25/FUL - Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of P0088/25/FUL to allow for changes to the roof finish by replacing the concrete tiles with a natural slate tile and incorporating PV panels - Whiteleas, Dursley Cross, Longhope.
AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING/THE DEVELOPMENT DOES NOT APPEAR TO ACCORD WITH THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN FORCE FOR THE AREA - P1348/25/FUL - Retention of existing dwelling and garage including alteration to roofing shape and materials and redesign of first floor gable windows - Engine Meadow Lodge, Dymock.
WORKS WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA/WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING - P1399/25/LBC - Internal alterations to Listed Building to create open plan Kitchen/Dining room on the Ground Floor and a new En-Suite on the first floor - Meadoway, High Street, Blakeney.
Applications submitted can be inspected electronically at the Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Glos, GL16 8HG, during office hours or through the Council’s website at www.fdean.gov.uk using the P reference number quoted above.
Any representation about any applications should be made in writing to me at the above address no later than the 17th December 2025.
Comments made will be available for public inspection on the website.
