WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2025/01130: Gainsborough: I Khokhar: 19 Market St: vary condition 2&3 of WL/2025/00756 increase height & width & amend materials
b) WL/2025/01138: Bransby: C Stacey: Bransby Home for Rest for Horses, Bransby House, Main St: consent for repairs to existing barn(affects right of way)
c) WL/2025/01139: Gainsborough: L Johnson: 15 Spring Gardens: erect boundary fencing, pillars & gates.
d) WL/2025/01142: Sturton by Stow: Mr D Gladwin: 21 Marton Rd: first floor rear extension, single storey front extension & boundary wall with gates.(affects right of way)
e) WL/2025/01147: Snitterby: A Dawes: Fairville, School Lane: single & two-storey rear extension.

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
