What is planned?

The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.

2025/0685/FUL
Wall Between St Pauls Lane And Car Park : Removal of section of wall to allow vehicular access to carpark.

2025/0690/LBC
The Coach House, Danesgate : Replacement of modern windows with new timber framed double glazed windows; replacement of 2 no. front doors; and replacement of single glazing in 1 no. modern window with double glazed panes. (Listed Building Consent).

The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
