The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended)
Notice is given that the parish of Tovil was designated a Neighbourhood Area for the purpose of preparing a Neighbourhood Development Plan on 12 November 2025.
A copy of the signed record of decision, together with a plan of the Neighbourhood Area, can be viewed on Maidstone Borough Council’s website at https://localplan.maidstone.gov.uk/home/neighbourhood-planning
