25/02208/VAR - Land At Silksworth Lane/Silksworth Road Silksworth Sunderland. Persimmon Homes is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) attached to planning permission 23/01952/VAR ((relating to an original proposal for the erection of 250 (C3) residential dwellings) to amend house types to their opposite 'handed' form as constructed across the site; to amend the site layout to reflect to as-built route and finished levels of the footpath/ steps along the western boundary; to update the landscaping plans as undertaken on site and to provide enhanced landscape screening to 1 and 3 Cavalier Way (retrospective).
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
25/02620/FUL - 1 Derby Street Sunderland SR2 7AB. Hyde Mawson Property is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use from vacant doctors surgery to two flats including external alterations to front elevation.
25/02647/LBC - 16 Stockton Road Sunderland SR1 3NW. Mr Christopher Norris is applying to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission for: Change entrance door from solid wood to a glazed door.
This relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. The proposal affects the setting of 14-18 Stockton Road which are also included in the statutory list of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
