Uttlesford - Multiple Planning Applications

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 (2) OF THE DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE ORDER 2015 (AS AMENDED) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSIONS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT UTT/25/3011/OP and UTT/25/3012/OP

Proposed development at:

UTT/25/3011/OP Land West of Birchanger Lane Birchanger

UTT/25/3012/OP Land Southwest of Mountfitchet High School Stansted

I give notice that City & Country Stansted Ltd is applying to Uttlesford District Council for planning permission for UTT/25/3011/OP–Outline application for up to 180 dwellings and safeguarded land for primary school use with access, landscaping and associated infrastructure. All matters reserved except access UTT/25/3012/OP–Outline application for up to 300 dwellings, up to 2000sqm of Class E uses (offices, shop, café) early years nursery, private gym), up to 60 bed care home, and safeguarded land for secondary school use and village hall with access, landscaping, and associated infrastructure. All matters reserved except access.

These applications are accompanied by an Environmental Statement (ES). Members of the public may view the ES at www.uttlesford.gov.uk or obtain an electronic copy (memory stick or electronic file transfer) of the full ES free of charge from Lichfield’s, The Minster Building, 21 Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7AG 020 7837 4477 Email: london@lichfields.uk A request for a paper copy of the ES will be subject to reasonable copying and printing charges.
