What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

Little Oaks, Jackmans Lane, St Johns, Woking. PLAN/2025/0855/ML: Erection of two-storey front and rear extensions. Demolition of existing chimney breast and erection of a first-floor addition across existing dwelling footprint to facilitate the creation of an additional storey of habitable accommodation. Proposed elevational changes including rendering of existing facing brickwork and alterations to fenestration openings and casements to all elevations.

Grosvenor Court, Hipley Street, Old Woking. PLAN/2025/0857/BBR: Erection of 2 no. terraced and 1 no. semi-detached dwellings consisting a total of 9 no. individual units with car parking, landscaping, cycle stores and associated works.

Griffin House, Knowl Hill, Woking. PLAN/2025/0721/ML: Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of application PLAN/2023/1039 Erection of two-storey side extensions, single storey rear extension and porch roof with pillars. Raising of roof height with rear dormer. Erection of a triple garage and office/ storage at roof level with link extension to host dwelling followinpartial demolition of existing detached garage for amendments to the approved garage including raising of the approved ridge height and addition of a roof dormer to the rear elevation.

Heather Farm, Horsell Common, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2025/0858/TS: Erection of a two storey side extension and two storey, part single storey rear extension following demolition of existing extension.  Alterations to fenestration.
