North Yorkshire – Multiple Planning Applications

Proposal: Listed building consent for the rebuilding of collapsed/collapsing section of the wall between the 2 flood arches on the north face. Install temporary concrete block parapets, including temporary concrete blocks where the parapet stone has been removed, for over winter for The North Yorkshire Council

Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.

Proposal: Householder permission for the construction of first floor extension for Mr Tom Hirst
Location: 5 Acre Meadow Cowling BD22 0EG
Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
