The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Golborne Town Centre.
A/25/099690/FULL Ground Floor 89 And 91 High Street Golborne Warrington
Conversion of ground floor shop (Use Class E(a) and former Police Hub (Use Class E(c)iii)), into two self-contained single person 1 bed apartments (Use Class C3). A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
