The applications listed below are advertised for the reasons given:

25/01710/HSE Replace and relocate existing gate with wooden gate. Installation of replacement garage door at 42 Darlington Road Basingstoke.

25/02601/HSE Erection of single-storey side extension following demolition of existing conservatory. Rear infill 1st floor extension incorporating solar panels. Alterations to existing garage including addition of first floor and external staircase. Installation of air source heat pump at Orchard House Church Lane Ellisfield.

Reason: Proposal affecting a Conservation Area

25/01597/HSE Replacement of cement render on exterior walls with lime render insulation system, replacement windows and doors, and replacement of tarmacked driveway with resin driveway at Three Horseshoes Woods Lane Cliddesden.

Reason: Proposal affects a Conservation Area and the Setting of a Listed Building

25/02671/FUL Erection of one dwelling and associated access following demolition of existing barn at Darley Mead Bramley Road Little London.

Reason: Proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building

The applications and plans are available for public inspection at www.basingstoke.gov.uk. Any comments should be made in writing within 21 days of this notice plus any bank holidays. Any comments received are open to public inspection.
