NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council's web site at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning.

25/11015 MORANT HOUSE, THE BICKERLEY, RINGWOOD BH24 1ET - 3 no. new rooflights and 1 no. replacement rooflight on side elevation.
The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. The proposed development would affect the setting of a Listed Building.
25/10558 4 FROBISHER COURT, MARITIME AVENUE, MARCHWOOD SO40 4AD - Flue to rear elevation.
25/10992 THE COACH HOUSE, 36 SOUTHAMPTON ROAD, RINGWOOD BH24 1JD - Partial change of use of the existing building to one residential unit; external alterations; replacement of existing single storey addition. Open sided bin and cycle store.

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. This application is for Listed Building Consent.
25/10993 THE COACH HOUSE, 36 SOUTHAMPTON ROAD, RINGWOOD BH24 1JD - Partial change of use of an existing building to one residential unit; internal and external alterations; replacement of existing single storey addition. Open sided bin and cycle store (Application for Listed Buidling Consent).
This application is for Listed Building Consent.
25/10693 4 FROBISHER COURT, MARITIME AVENUE, MARCHWOOD SO40 4AD - Flue to rear elevation and internal alterations including removal of water tank and installation of boiler (Application for Listed Building Consent) Anyone wishing to comment about any of these applications must submit comments online on the Councils website www.newforest.gov.uk/planning or e-mail them to planning@nfdc.gov.uk within three weeks of the date of publication of this notice.
