NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 (1A) APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR Reserved Matters

The proposal is a Major development, affects a Public Right of Way & is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Proposed development at Sub Phase 1G And Part 1E And 1F, Phase 1 Whitfield Urban Expansion, Archers Court Road, Whitfield, received 19th February 2025

I give notice that Halsbury Homes Ltd are applying to Dover District Council for permission for:

Reserved matters application for the approval of appearance, layout, landscaping and scale for part Phase 1E, and Phase 1F and 1G, 328 plots pursuant to outline permission DOV10/01010

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and any other submitted documents via the Council’s website at www.dover.gov.uk/planning

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Regeneration & Development Dover District Council, White Cliffs Business Park, Dover, Kent CT16 3PJ or comment
via the Council’s website (to include a postal address) quoting reference number 25/00172 by
30th December 2025
and marked for the attention of the Case Officer Miss Rachel Morgan.

Members of the public may obtain paper copies of the Environmental Statement from Dover District Council, Council Offices, White Cliffs Business Park, Whitfield, Dover, CT16 3PJ, as long as stocks last, at a charge of £300 per copy. If you wish to obtain a copy or view the documents at the above address, please contact the Council in advance and email developmentmanagement@dover.gov.uk or call 01304 872150

You are advised that failure to meet the deadline may jeopardise the chances of representations being considered. Letters and emails will be made available for inspection
by the public and may be copied to others.

Due to the high number of comments received, representations will not be acknowledged and the Council will not normally enter into correspondence with the public on applications.

Most applications will be decided under officer delegated powers. Details of procedural matters may be found on the Council’s website.
